Twenty two years years ago, I began a coaching and directing practice in New
York City. This training and development method have had a lasting impact on
individuals and companies, from various walks of life, industries and
cultures. The results produced are: Increased personal power & effectiveness,
self-awareness, as well as enhanced creative thinking. Individuals,
typically discover a newly generated freedom to act with confidence within
their professional settings. They successfully distinguish accomplishment,
growth and development as an ongoing path, and understand themselves as the
creators, actors and architects of their experiences.
It became clear that the results and achievements produced began to define a
“culture of individuals.” Individuals who genuinely are committed to their
growth & development. My clients are a true gift to me and I am very
grateful for the opportunity to share my experience. We continue to mutually
empower one another as we all make our journey through life.
